Customer Sales Associate

We’re supporting a company that runs in-person campaigns for a range of brands, helping them connect directly with customers. This role is centered around conversations, product awareness, and guiding customers through the process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interacting with customers in retail locations and event-based settings
- Presenting products and services in a clear and engaging way
- Answering questions and helping customers choose the right options
- Assisting with new customer registrations and account setup
- Delivering a positive and professional customer experience
- Working toward daily and weekly team targets
- Providing feedback to help improve overall campaign performance
