Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Fitness Director and Personal Trainer to lead our Strength, Conditioning and Wellness performance and wellness initiatives with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic direction, operational management, and program development of our state-of-the-art performance center. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on athletic performance enhancement, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
- Lead daily operations of the performance center, ensuring seamless coordination among staff, athletes, and external partners.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff including coaches, trainers, and support personnel.
- Manage program budgets, procurement of equipment, and maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools to monitor athlete progress, identify areas for improvement, and tailor individualized training plans.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and continuous learning among staff and athletes.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, sports scientists, and legal advisors to ensure compliance with health standards and legal regulations related to sports performance and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports performance management or a related field with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of exercise science, biomechanics, nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery techniques.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks including estate planning law, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury law, employment law case experience, litigation procedures including court depositions and trial preparation.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw; experience with contract drafting and legal motion preparation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for the center’s interests.
- Experience managing legal case files using case management systems; familiarity with procedural law knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues related to employment law cases or personal injury claims; strong research skills are essential.
- Prior experience working in a law office environment or within legal administrative roles is preferred.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
