We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design and customer service, with the ability to create beautiful arrangements that meet our customers' needs. As a Florist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our store while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings and special events.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their preferences and budgets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Manage inventory levels by ordering supplies and conducting regular stock assessments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store.
- Stay updated on current floral trends and techniques to enhance design skills.
- Assists with wedding and event set up
Skills
- Proficient in high end floral design with knowledge of flowers and floral care.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base.
- Ability to order florals and budget items accordingly as needed.
