AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective customers to discuss AT&T products and services
- Educate customers on available plans, promotions, and connectivity options
- Build relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete new customer enrollments and service activations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Participate in daily training and team development meetings
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve goals
- Represent AT&T and Elevate Collective with professionalism and integrity
- Develop communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills
As an entry level AT&T Sales Associate, you will receive ongoing coaching designed to help you succeed. This entry level position allows each Sales Representative to gain experience in customer acquisition, account management, and business development. Our goal is to help every entry level Sales Representative build confidence and develop professionally in a supportive environment.
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required as this is an entry level position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation is preferred
Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,200.00 per month
