High Motive Solutions is a sales and fundraising agency based in the Baton Rouge area. We partner with some of North America's leading nonprofit organizations to help grow their monthly donor programs through face-to-face fundraising campaigns.

The Opportunity

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our fundraising team and represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations in the community.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll develop communication, leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills while helping important causes raise the support they need to change lives.
What You'll Do
- Represent respected nonprofit organizations
- Engage with members of the public face-to-face
- Share inspiring stories and create meaningful conversations
- Help individuals become monthly supporters
- Build communication, leadership, and people skills

Compensation
- OTE: $48,000–$55,000+ annually
