Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experiential Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of immersive event experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects from conception through delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with client goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for creating memorable events that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of experiential marketing events, including venue selection, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite management
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and scope documents to ensure smooth operations and adherence to client expectations
- Negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, decorators, entertainment providers, and technical specialists to secure optimal terms
- Oversee event marketing strategies to maximize audience engagement and brand visibility through innovative activations
- Manage client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns promptly, and upselling additional services or enhancements
- Coordinate with catering teams and banquet staff to ensure high-quality guest services and seamless event flow
- Monitor project progress closely using strong organizational skills while managing multiple deadlines effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning or events management within hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or fundraising environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and vendor agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, time management, and organizational planning for complex projects
- Hands-on experience with event marketing tactics such as experiential activations or promotional campaigns
- Familiarity with banquet operations, catering logistics, guest services, and hospitality standards
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable; banquet experience is a plus

Pay: $74,228.75 - $89,393.77 per year
