Customers and consignors are the heartbeat of our business, providing quality products and amazing customer service is essential.
Steamboat Springs Best of the Boat Deja Vu Boutique Consignment Store is a local favorite as well as a destination location. This full-time position will have a key role in delivering exceptional customer service which includes creating a welcoming environment, ensuring great merchandising and optimal shop ability in store design. This position is Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (9-5 except Sunday will be 10-5).
A successful candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, teamwork, resale, sustainability, fashion and merchandising. This position requires strong working together skills with a team in a fast-paced work environment. Daily responsibilities are:
Ø Provide exceptional customer service by serving our customers / consignors and demonstrating a genuine interest in people, fashion, styles, and sales.
Ø Strong Working Together with all Deja Vu team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment and ensure consignors / customers are provided amazing customer service, questions are addressed, and operations run smoothly.
Ø Understand and master all general operations of the Sales Processes. This will include the opening and closing of the store. Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing Sales floor.
Ø Provide attractive displays and ensure that the store is easy to navigate. Staying up to speed on fashion and merchandising.
Ø Actively move products as needed to optimize the sales floor real estate.
Ø Stay informed and educated on fashion, what is selling, name brands, trends and the Deja Vu Sales Floor.
Ø Collaborate with team members to make decisions and resolve issues.
Ø Detailed knowledge of New Consignor process and Consignment Contract to advise consignors or potential new consignors.
Ø Know monthly donation recipients to provide information to customers.
Ø Understand and implement best practices for loss prevention.
Ø Continuous quest for improving, learning, and sharing. Proactively provide feedback on ideas for improvement.
Ø Stay informed of Deja Vu updates by reading Humanity messages before each shift.
