AAs a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries as they rebuild strength, independence, and quality of life. You'll provide hands-on assistance with daily living, hygiene, community involvement, and therapeutic goals while building meaningful relationships and celebrating each step toward greater independence.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
- Support community outings, transportation, and activities
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

What You Bring
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Health care experience
Required:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
