We are seeking a full-time Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. We are looking for a qualified candidate with Shipping & Receiving experience to assist with inbound and outbound products as well as various shop duties.

Responsibilities

Receives incoming orders, checks for damages or missing components of shipments.

Receives, documents and delivers inbound shipments to proper location in shop in a timely and efficient manner.

Work directly with Purchasing Manager and Assembly Techs to ensure parts are staged correctly for assembly.

Maintains clean and orderly work area and shop environment.

Delivery and pick up of materials around Richmond.

Various other tasks as assigned by Purchasing Manager or Shop Manager.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years in a Shipping, Logistics or Supply Chain role.

Must be able to work from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.

A valid Virginia Driver’s license is required.

Forklift Certification (Preferred but not required and will train).

Working knowledge of machine shop practices.

Ability to lift 60 lbs.

Ability to work effectively both independently and with others.

Strong safety awareness.

Responsible and dependable, good attendance is required.

Highly organized.

Multi-tasker.
-
Knowledge of pallet building.

Knowledge of rigging (preferred – training provided if necessary.)

Must have experience with ERP Systems.
