The ideal candidate for this position will operate in the clinical and administrative realms with lots of support and training. Must have CCCs, a minimum of 8 years of experience and hold a valid TX license to practice Speech Pathology.
Clinical Duties:
- Conduct Initial Evaluations and Re-evaluations using formal and informal measures.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 50%.
- Synthesize evaluation results to confirm or rule out appropriate diagnoses and formulate an Individualized Plan of Care.
- Perform Weekly Therapy Sessions using evidence-based practice.
- Lead Parent Education Prgrams and Home Programming following each therapy session.
- Complete accurate documentation of evaluations and therapy sessions in a timely manner.
- Ensure a clean and safe treatment space.
- Collaborate with other team members to include Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Administrative Staff.
- Refer to professionals outside our system when in the best interest of our patients and families.
- Attend Weekly Rounds and any additional meetings determined by your Director or Company Owner.
Administrative Duties:
As Assistant Clinical Director you will:
- Support your Clinical Director by sharing management tasks.
- Act as Direct Report for designated team members.
- Participate in Interviews to ensure that your team is fully staffed.
- Participate in Marketing activities
- Mentor therapists and assist with onboarding of new hires.
- Provide coaching to team members to achieve productivity standards.
- Foster sense of community by celebrating personal and company milestones.
- Respond to patient complaints if needed.
- Maintain company productivity standards.
