Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the indoor playland, ensuring smooth flow and safety compliance at all times
- Lead, motivate, and train staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage guest interactions by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for children and parents alike
- Oversee food preparation areas, including snack bar or concession stands, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with accuracy and accountability
- Monitor inventory levels for food items, toys, safety equipment, and supplies; coordinate restocking as needed
- Enforce health and safety regulations diligently while maintaining a fun environment that encourages active play
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest engagement
Must be reliable and Fast Paced!!!
Some flexibility in hours ..We are looking for Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday
Must love children Cleaning, pass background check and be OUTGOING!!
Must be 19 years or older!!
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
