Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader to oversee pressure cleaning operations and lead a team of cleaning professionals. As a Crew Leader, you will coordinate daily tasks, supervise crew members, and ensure that all cleaning projects are completed safely, effectively, and to the highest quality standards. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate pressure cleaning crews to ensure timely completion of projects
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet client expectations and deadlines
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are in good working condition
- Enforce safety procedures and promote a safe working environment for all team members
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to address any concerns or special requests
Experience
- Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment as needed
- Soft wash experience
