1. Server (Full-Time / Part-Time)
- Previous fine dining or Japanese restaurant experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of sushi, sake, and Japanese cuisine is a plus (training available)
2. Sushi Chef / Kitchen Chef (Full-Time)
- Experience preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and omakase courses preferred
- Passion for quality ingredients and presentation
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
