Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote products and services effectively.
- Engage in negotiation processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support retail sales initiatives by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate sales administration records and documentation.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and services effectively.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close sales successfully.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
- Knowledge of benefits administration is beneficial for assisting customers with inquiries related to their options.
