Yoder & Crew, Inc is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground. Must have open availability.

Schedule is 5 or 6 days per week depending on the individual. Scheduled days are determined weekly for the next week depending on need once training has been completed so availability/flexibility with scheduling is a must.
Below are requirements of the job:
- Must be flexible on days worked each week
- Must be able to deliver packages up to 150lbs (hand trucks are provided)
- Have a valid drivers license and social security card
- Must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical (FedEx requirement)
- Perform DOT pre/post trip vehicle inspections
- Have driving experience through a previous employer (ex: company vehicle/truck, box truck, cargo vans, personal vehicle for Doordash/Uber/etc.)
- Clean criminal background **NO FELONY CHARGES AT ANY POINT, FedEx will flag as ineligible no matter how long its been. Only exceptions are charges that have been expunged which shouldn't show**
- Be able to work in all types of weather (rain, snow, sunny, etc.)
- Full time positions flip to a mandatory 6 day work week from mid November until Christmas.
Local delivery. We operate out of the Lincolnton station in the Lincoln County Industrial Park. Our routes are located in Maiden, Lincolnton & Iron Station.
We are currently looking for FedEx delivery drivers for full time positions delivering & picking up packages.

We at Yoder & Crew work hard and take great pride in delivering packages & helping serve customers. We must give 100% everyday due to high service standards that must be meet on a daily basis.
A typical day a driver may will have anywhere between 70-150+ stops depending on how many one can safely deliver and we have an incentive based pay for stops completed (the more you do, the more you get paid). Former delivery drivers, military, law enforcement, and Fire/EMS personnel are encouraged to apply. If you live in or are familiar with Maiden, Lincolnton, or Iron Station that is a big plus.
