MCI Travel has an opening for Sales Consultant positions at our home office in Tempe, Arizona. MCI Travel is a tour operator that designs and organizes once-in-a-lifetime performance tours all throughout the United States, Europe, and the world for choirs, bands, and orchestras.
We work primarily with choirs, bands, and orchestras at the high school, college/university, church, and community levels.
We are seeking self-motivated, goal-driven candidates to change the world through music and travel! A Sales Consultant will be expected to:
- Maintain/improve existing accounts in the performance tour industries
- Generate new accounts
Sales Consultants will communicate with clients (music directors, managers, executive directors, etc.) by telephone, email, Zoom, as well as occasional face-to-face account selling. We have a team of inside sales representatives responsible for developing customer loyalty and increasing sales. Performance standards for this position are challenging but achievable, and rewarding.

- Successful candidates will have a positive, upbeat personality and a strong desire to give exceptional customer service
