Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee our projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients, field crew, and trade partners. If you are highly organized, thrive on keeping moving parts on schedule, and have a sharp eye for residential design, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Schedule & Subcontractor Management: Build, maintain, and enforce daily schedules for internal employees and trade partners (subs) to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners. Conduct regular on-site meetings, provide progress updates, and confidently navigate change orders.
- On-Site Quality Control: Manage daily job site operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain our high standards of craftsmanship.
- Design & Material Collaboration: Assist clients with material selections and layouts. (Basic design experience or the ability to read and interpret architectural concepts is a major plus!)
- Budget Tracking: Review project estimates, track expenses, and approve subcontractor invoices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of project management experience specifically in residential construction or remodeling.
- Scheduling Savvy: Proven ability to manage complex schedules and hold trade partners accountable.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—the ability to talk tech with a framer and design aesthetics with a homeowner.
- Tech Literacy: Experience with construction management software and CRM platforms.
- Design Eye (Preferred): Familiarity with residential design trends, space planning, or CAD/SketchUp software is a strong advantage.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle capable of visiting multiple local job sites.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
