Job Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 2 Weeks of Contract
Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
- The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling client point-of-sale equipment including coolers, displays, and racks used in retail environments.
- This role ensures that all equipment is properly assembled, functional, and ready for delivery to customers and sales teams.
- This position requires the use of basic hand tools and attention to detail to maintain client high standards for presentation and quality.
- Repacking Cases for client of packaging we need to repurpose and breakdown to create new cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble client point-of-sale equipment including:
- Coolers, Retail displays, Metal racks, Promotional equipment
- Use hand tools such as wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, and other basic tools to assemble equipment.
- Follow assembly instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect assembled equipment to ensure quality, safety, and functionality.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace in the warehouse.
- Assist with staging completed equipment for delivery or pickup.
- Report dam.aged parts or missing components to warehouse leadership.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including light material handling.
- Repackaging cases of client
Qualifications
- Ability to use basic hand tools (wrenches, drills, screwdrivers).
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or assembly experience.
- Experience with retail displays or equipment assembly.
- Familiarity with basic power tools.
