Super Yummy Mongolian Stir Fry & Sushi is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused team members to join our Houston location. We are currently hiring for Bartender and Restaurant Manager positions.

Positions Available
Bartender
As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly and professional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and company standards.
- Verify guest age and comply with all applicable alcohol service laws.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- TABC certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and professional.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Restaurant Manager
We are also looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to provide strong leadership while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and support restaurant staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns professionally.
- Help manage employee schedules and daily assignments.
- Monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory.
- Ensure the restaurant, dining area, and bar are clean and properly maintained.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and service standards.
- Work closely with the restaurant owner and management team.
- Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
