Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Floor Manager, Bartender to lead our restaurant and Private event spaces and deliver exceptional beverage service. In this role, you will oversee the flow of events, manage bar operations, and ensure a memorable experience for all guests. Your leadership will drive team coordination, uphold food safety standards, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests engaged and satisfied. Duties
- Supervise the event floor during functions, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Lead and motivate bartenders and service staff to deliver timely, friendly, and professional beverage service
- Manage bar inventory, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Oversee food handling, serving, and food safety protocols to guarantee compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions
- Coordinate with catering teams for banquet events and special functions to meet guest expectations
- Monitor the event environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed in nightclub or banquet settings while managing crowd flow
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments with a focus on bartending and event management
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Background in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations
- Ability to perform retail math and cash handling accurately in fast-paced scenarios
- Previous experience in hospitality roles involving catering, brewing, or retail math is a plus
