Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Technician/Game Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun and safe environment for guests while managing various game stations and activities. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience through exceptional customer service, event management, and conflict resolution. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a lively atmosphere and have a passion for engaging with people of all ages.
Duties
- Oversee the operation of game stations, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Engage with guests to create an enjoyable atmosphere through games and activities.
- Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
- Monitoring activities such as XD Ride, Omni VR Arena, Arcade Floor
- Loads and refills tickets in redemption games paying special attention to securing all ticket storage areas.
- Making sure the crane games and redemption prize room are both clean and stocked
- Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
- Assists with repairing and maintaining arcade and bowling equipment in a timely manner
- Reviews the cleanliness and organization of the games. Ensures all games are clean and unobstructed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable.
- Technical and/or electrical skills required.
- Strong conflict skills to effectively address and resolve guest concerns.
- Background in food service or hospitality is a plus..
- Ability to engage effectively with children and families, creating a positive environment for all guests.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
- Work off an extension ladder.
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
- Guest-focused mindset
- Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
- Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
