$40,000 – $70,000+ annually + Bonus Program
Paid 40 hours/week | Full-time | 8+ hour days

What You'll Be Doing:
- Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with confidence
- Perform water quality testing with advanced equipment
- Design customized water treatment solutions for a variety of needs
- Educate customers on their water quality and system maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with EPA guidelines and local codes
No Experience? No Problem.

What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Candidates:
- 2+ years in water treatment system installs, repairs, or design preferred
- Strong problem-solving ability and diagnostic skills
- Great communication skills and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with confidence in fast-paced situations
- A passion for top-notch customer service
- We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated history of long-term employment and commitment.
- A stable work history with longevity in previous positions is strongly preferred.
- We're looking for individuals interested in building a long-term career with our company.
- Candidates with a proven record of reliability, commitment, and long-term employment are encouraged to apply.
Trainee Candidates:
- Willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing/water treatment field
- Mechanical aptitude or related experience a plus
- Professional, respectful attitude and good work ethic
