Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations at our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, sports simulator, duckpin bowling, augmented reality darts and kitchen efficiency
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through guest interaction, table touches and by maintaining quality standards and resolving issues promptly according to our operating procedures
- Train, supervise, and assist staff to provide excellent service and extraordinary hospitality
- Oversee food preparation times, presentation, and adherence to state/county health and safety regulations
- Monitor and control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste/labor or bring in more product/staff
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality management (background in sports is a plus)
- Proficiency in Lightspeed POS system is a plus
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Culinary background or experience as a cook is beneficial
