What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality residential cleaning in client homes
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and other included areas
- Complete standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning based on the assigned scope
- Arrive on time, prepared, and maintain professional communication
- Pay close attention to details and treat each client's home with care
- Communicate any issues or special circumstances to Evercrest
What We’re Looking For
- Prior residential, housekeeping, janitorial, or professional cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable vehicle and transportation required
- Must have your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable traveling to client homes throughout the Main Line area
- Smartphone and reliable communication
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- General liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage
- Willingness to complete required onboarding/background screening
How It Works
This is a 1099 independent cleaning contractor opportunity, not a traditional hourly employee position. You maintain your independence and can accept or decline offered cleaning jobs based on your availability. The compensation for each job is provided before you accept it, so you can decide whether the opportunity works for you.
