All Terrain Landscaping is looking for a landscape designer to join our team! The candidate should be reliable and demonstrate dependability, have a professional demeanor and appearance, and communicate effectively with clients. Qualified individuals would posses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to work with a team.
Essential Functions:
Interpret client’s needs generating superior and workable design solutions. Prepare high quality graphic sales presentations. Work together with the sales team and installation manager while generating new concepts. Assist in layout of designs on construction sites.
Essential Activities:
- Site survey and analysis
- Prepare preliminary design concepts
- Revise design development drawings
- Prepare final working drawings
- Prepare superior graphic presentation
- Assist Sales with design concepts and understanding
- Assist Sales with presentation when necessary
- Review plan with contracting
Qualifications:
- Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture or allied field
- Presentation skills and project management
- Field and estimating experience a plus
- Horticultural knowledge
- Must be able to speak conversational English.
- Experience in the landscape design field is required.
- Must be able to understand and enforce company policies.
- Valid driver license with clean driving record is required.
- Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills are a must.
- Must be citizen of USA or have a social security card with valid work visa and/or alien resident identification.
