Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Supervise the front desk team, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with enthusiasm and promptness to ensure memorable stays.
- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive presence at the front desk, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems with ease.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies related to guest services, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Train staff on customer service excellence, hotel management systems, and multilingual communication to enhance guest interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or front desk supervision within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and guest services best practices.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual skills will be considered an asset for serving diverse guests effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining composure during busy periods.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in guest relations, hotel experience, or hospitality management is essential for success in this role. Pay: $24.15 - $29.08 per hour
