This is an active, outdoor role at a working grain elevator. You'll be on your feet and engaged throughout the day — operating equipment, supporting grain receiving and load-out, and keeping the facility running efficiently. The environment includes:

Outdoor and indoor work across all seasons — you'll be comfortable in this role if you genuinely enjoy working outside

Working at heights up to 150 feet with proper safety harnesses and equipment — full training and gear provided

Activity around heavy trucks and grain handling machinery — safety awareness is essential and rewarded here

A fast-moving, team-driven atmosphere during peak grain seasons
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1–2 years of experience at a grain handling facility

Working knowledge of PLC/controls and the ability to read amp and percentage meters

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge

Solid math skills — comfortable with percentages, decimals, and multiplication

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work in confined spaces

Physical comfort working at heights up to 150 feet and in all weather conditions

Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak season

A genuine safety-first attitude — you look out for yourself and your teammates
