This is an evening and weekend day position.
Duties:
Washing and putting away dishes, glasses, silverware & pots and pans.
Maintaining a neat and organized dish area.
Maintaining common areas outside, keeping them swept and free of debris
Taking out trash and breaking down boxes, placing them in the proper dumpsters.
Sweeping and mopping as well as other cleaning and organizational tasks as needed.
Putting orders away following deliveries.
Responsible for fried food items. You may also be asked to assist with minor prep tasks.
Qualifications:
Candidates should be able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak restaurant hours.
The dishwasher is an integral part of the operation and is customarily the last to leave. The Evening Service hours are 5p – 9p. Weekend Service hours are 10a - 4p. The end of shift varies, depending upon completion of closing duties.
Previous experience in a kitchen preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
