What You’ll Be Responsible ForClinical Excellence
- Phlebotomy (blood draws) with precision and confidence
- IV placement and support of IV therapies
- Assisting with advanced procedures
- Maintaining an immaculate, high-standard clinical environment
Patient Experience (Concierge-Level Care)
- Creating a premium, personalized experience for every patient
- Building trust quickly and naturally
- Ensuring follow-through, retention, and satisfaction
Revenue & Patient Growth
- Speaking confidently about services and treatment plans
- Converting interested patients into committed clients
- Following up with leads consistently and effectively
- Identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes and engagement
Operational Excellence
- Accurate, efficient data entry and EMR management
- Seamless scheduling and coordination
- Anticipating bottlenecks and solving them proactively
- Supporting the physician and team at a high level
Non-Negotiables
- Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics environment
- Valid professional license (MA. phlebotomy, RN, etc. Foreign MDs welcome)
- Strong communication and phone skills (you are comfortable calling and following up)
- Ability to multitask under pressure without losing precision
- High attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A mindset of continuous improvement
Availability & Expectations
- Flexible schedule
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed
- This is a performance-driven environment, not a passive role

Compensation
Competitive base + performance-based incentives
