Key Responsibilities
- Drive restaurant profitability while managing within budget guidelines
- Control food, labor, and supply costs
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Coach and mentor employees and supervisors
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures • Deliver exceptional guest service

Qualifications
Preferred: • 1–3 years restaurant management experience
Required:
- Leadership and communication skills
- Basic POS and computer knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
