- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder meetings, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
- Develop clear, complete, and well-organized documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Build a deep understanding of complex business processes and system functionality while becoming a trusted subject matter expert.
- Collaborate daily with developers, QA engineers, architects, and Product Owners to ensure requirements are understood and successfully implemented.
- Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog by identifying dependencies, risks, and business value.
- Lead business process analysis and future-state design initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, validate delivered functionality, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Support change management efforts by assisting with communication, training, documentation, and solution adoption.
- Monitor solution effectiveness after implementation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst on Agile software development teams.
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems independently.
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in sophisticated business applications and complex business processes.
- Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience facilitating meetings, driving consensus, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, workflow documentation, and functional specifications.
