All positions will report to the store leadership, and include the following duties:
- Buying and selling products to and from customers.
- Upselling
- Customer service in store and digitally.
- Cash Handling.
- Online and in-store sales.
- Product knowledge.
- Inventory control.
- Testing used devices.
- Educate and sell customers on the services we offer.
- Maintaining store standards of cleanliness.
- Meet and maintain individualized sales goals.
Compensation:
· Expected gross income $24-$27 per hour (based on current staffs earnings)
· Base pay $20 per hour
· Commission on gross sales contingent on hitting goals, additional commission offered on selling specific items such as warranties. Extra commission and bonus opportunities are offered monthly.
· Baseline commissions for warranties and store sales goals are a part of your regular compensation.
· Regularly have extra bonus and commission opportunities on top of regular programs
· Commissions and bonuses tied to revenue generation are uncapped
· Commissions and bonuses tied to revenue generation may be capped
Promotions: We are always on the lookout for team members with the ability to become Repair Technicians, Assistant and/or General Managers for this and/or other locations.
