HOWL Campfires exists to keep the forest AND the campfire alive. We believe sitting around a fire in the woods is good for people, so we developed our patented BarCoal™ Technology to offer the heat of a wood fire in a forest-safe, burn-ban-approved propane system. We also invented the world's most fuel-efficient flame burner: A-Flame™ Technology. It's a good start, but we're just getting warmed up.
About The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Technician at HOWL Campfires.
The Assembly Technician will:
- Build HOWL Products' sub assemblies and main assemblies
- Clean and box fully-assembled units
- Keep assembly cell clean and organized
- Organize and maintain stock and inventory
- Receive and process incoming parts
- Assist in testing and quality control
Qualifications
- Punctuality, Attendance and Great Attitude are a Necessity
- Experience in a machine shop, or similar, is preferred
- Experience reading product drawings is preferred
- Experience with tools such as rivet guns, drills, tap arms, etc. is preferred
- Must enjoy building precise mechanical products
- Must enjoy learning and taking direction
- Must be detail oriented and willing to speak up if something's not right
Compensation and Benefits
- $22/hr to start
- Health, Dental, Vision Insurance available after 30 days
- Up to 4 Weeks PTO available after 90 days
- Schedule is four 10-hour days, 6a-4:30p Monday – Thursday. Fridays off.
