Kitchen Solvers of Irvine is a locally owned kitchen and bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Irvine and surrounding communities. As part of the nationally recognized Kitchen Solvers franchise network, we specialize in cabinet refacing, new cabinetry, kitchen remodeling, and related home improvement services. We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations.
Position Summary
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting daily office operations, customer communications, scheduling, and project coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to a growing small business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for sales and design staff.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, contracts, and project documentation.
- Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and installation teams.
- Assist with invoice preparation and document management.
- Monitor office email and respond to routine correspondence.
- Support marketing activities, including customer follow-up and review requests.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, office, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn CRM and project management software.
- Professional telephone and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, or related industries.
- Experience with QuickBooks, CRM software, or scheduling platforms.
