Product Inventory Administrator – Onsite in East Greenville, PA

THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a global distributor and manufacturing client to identify two Product Inventory Administrators who will support the Product Team through product data management, parts research, catalog maintenance, and sample processing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dealership, parts counter, or powersports industry experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure accurate product information while supporting internal teams and contributing to new product initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Support the Product Team by accurately entering, maintaining, and updating product information across internal systems.
- Research, identify, and document product parts, specifications, and technical information to ensure data accuracy.
- Receive, organize, and process OEM product samples as they arrive for evaluation.
- Evaluate supplier samples and document findings for internal product review.
- Assist with catalog development by organizing and maintaining accurate product data.
- Support the Customer Service Team by helping answer technical product and parts inquiries.
- Maintain organized product records while ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams on product launches and ongoing data maintenance.
- Contribute to special projects and additional product initiatives as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working in a motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or related dealership environment.
- Parts counter experience or a strong background working with parts, accessories, or product identification is highly preferred.
- Personal passion or enthusiasm for motorcycles, powersports, or related recreational vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude or technical, engineering, or product knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
POSITION BENEFITS, PAY, AND SCHEDULE:
- 1099 Contract/Contract-to-hire opportunity
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- 100% onsite position located in East Greenville, PA.
- Flexible daytime schedule with standard hours of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with earlier start times available (such as 7:00 AM–3:30 PM).
- Opportunity for conversion after 6–9 months based on performance and business needs.
