Sterling Medical is currently seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide services at the El Centro VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in El Centro, CA. The El Centro VA CBOC is dedicated to offering healthcare services to the underserved veteran population in El Centro and the surrounding regions.
Clinic Hours:
- Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 32 hours per week
- 4 weeks PTO
- 11 Federal Holidays
Qualifications:
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN and NP license in California
- Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
- Authorization for prescriptive authority
- BLS certification
- DEA registration
- Minimum of 1 year of mental health experience required (3 years preferred)
