Qualifications
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Position Summary
The X-Ray Technologist performs high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations for patients of all ages in an orthopedic practice setting. This role is responsible for producing quality images for physician interpretation through our PACS system while maintaining the highest standards of radiation safety and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Produce high-quality digital images and upload them through the PACS system for physician review.
- Adhere to all radiation safety and protection standards.
- Review physician notes and orders to determine appropriate imaging studies.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain clean, organized examination rooms and ensure radiology and office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Work collaboratively with Medical Assistants to provide efficient patient care and maintain patient flow.
- Assist with selected clinical and administrative duties as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient volume and departmental needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license.
- ARRT certification required.
- Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques.
- Commitment to radiation safety and quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced orthopedic practice.
- Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
