Responsibilities
- Engage customers face-to-face and create a positive first impression
- Explain products and services clearly to help customers make confident decisions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best options available
- Support customer onboarding and ensure accurate account information
- Assist with promotions, in-person marketing events, and brand representation
- Track daily progress and contribute to hitting individual and team sales goals
- Work closely with leadership to improve performance through feedback and coaching
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused mindset
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work full-time and in person
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
