Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Corporate Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization at our corporate offices located in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them appropriately with friendly, professional phone etiquette

Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and efficiently, transferring calls or taking messages as needed

Manage front desk activities, including handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies
-
Support office management tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling

Assist with clerical duties like data entry, word processing, proofreading, and maintaining organized files
-
Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and assisting clients or residents’ families
-
Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area to create a welcoming environment
This position is a Monday through Friday position with working hours of 8:30am to 5pm with a small amount of flexibility in start and end time.
This position will work with and alongside multiple departments at our corporate office location and can expect to complete tasks like the following on a weekly basis: banking, scheduling office events and meetings, inventory of supplies, answering and transferring calls, working on special projects and events.
Pay for this opportunity starts at $20/an hour; with some room for negotiation.

We are looking for:

A positive, organized, well spoken, and confident individual

An individual with a minimum education of an associates degree

Prior knowledge of banking

Can organized documents requiring signature by individuals in the office

has experience taking messages and screening/forwarding phone calls
-
Is comfortable scheduling meetings and completing follow up as needed

Can complete light filing duties
-
Previous experience as a receptionist in an office setting

Someone with great phone skills and the ability to filter calls appropriately

Someone who always has a smile
