Hours:
- 1st shift, 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Some overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate powder coating equipment, including automated systems, accurately and efficiently
- Prepare surfaces via cleaning, sanding, or surface prep techniques
- Interpret production documents and specifications for coating procedures and color matching
- Handle materials safely with forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Maintain PPE and follow safety protocols
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience with powder coating or industrial painting preferred
- Ability to interpret technical specifications
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and PPE use
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with automated coating systems
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklift
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial finishing
- Ability to follow safety protocols strictly
