I just launched a desert landscaping business called the cactus Studio, offering high-end cactus garden installations. I'm looking for somebody with a reliable truck who enjoys working hard everyday in the Sun, but what else would be interested in helping me with the marketing and garden designs. I plan on targeting homeowners, realtors, HOAs who want to upgrade their property with a thoughtfully designed giant boulders (I handcraft ultra-realistic boulders out of foam and concrete), mature saguaros or rare cactus specimens along with other desert plants, premium grade hardscaping, drip irrigation, and lighting. For a 15x15 I plan on charging between $30 and $70 per square foot.

If you are a good fit, we'll go from there. I'm ideally looking for somebody to split the profits with 50/50 after putting an agreed upon a percentage back into the business to grow it.
