What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Residential Cleaning Technician who is efficient, detail-oriented, and experienced in cleaning homes—especially those of elderly residents, where sensitivity, respect, and reliability matter most.
Applicants must live within a 25-mile radius of Youth, GA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-home cleanings, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and high/low dusting.
- Clean inside microwaves, refrigerators, ovens, and more as needed.
- Make beds, vacuum, mop, and remove trash; replace liners.
- Handle light organization and tidying during maintenance and one-time deep cleans.
- Adapt to different cleaning products and procedures based on the home and client needs.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Notify management of any safety concerns, damage, or special requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of professional residential cleaning experience required
- Comfort and professionalism working around older adults is essential.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and consistent work availability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
