- Oversee ground-up K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project execution
- Lead client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with field teams, consultants, design professionals, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Identify risks proactively and implement solutions before issues impact project performance
- Maintain accountability for project profitability, quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Drive project teams toward achieving key milestones and client expectations
- Mentor and support project staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
- As a Senior Project Manager, provide leadership and strategic direction across all phases of construction
- Work closely with company leadership to achieve successful project outcomes and strengthen client partnerships
- Support process improvements and best practices that contribute to organizational success
- Take ownership of complex projects while leveraging leadership support when needed as a Senior Project Manager
