7a-7p shifts. Full Time and/or Part-Time schedules available. This is an assistant role to the Director of Resident Care and Daily Shift Supervisors by carrying out various projects related to making quality improvements to our operations. In addition, the role will include being assigned to work within any of the various departments at any given time. Attributes necessary to excel in this position are being open to building a broad range of skill sets-relative to caregiving-housekeeping-and even kitchen prep, spontaneity, flexibility, being a self-starter and working easily unsupervised, detail-oriented, and a team player attitude.
