Duties
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, floors, and surrounding areas throughout shifts
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing area
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth food service operations during busy periods
- General sweeping, mopping, and washing of kitchen and wares within the kitchen and club
