We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Luxury Design Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and expand our presence within South Florida's luxury design community.
This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who excels at relationship-driven selling, business development, and closing high-value transactions.
What You'll Do
Drive Revenue Growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of residential and trade opportunities
- Convert showroom traffic, referrals, and leads into long-term client relationships
Develop Strategic Relationships
- Cultivate partnerships with interior designers, architects, builders, developers, and luxury real estate professionals
- Become a trusted resource within South Florida's design and luxury lifestyle community
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and community gatherings to expand business opportunities
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Guide clients through our curated collections with confidence and expertise
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage projects from initial consultation through order fulfillment and follow-up
- Create lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Represent the Brand
- Serve as an ambassador for Design Shop by Shell and our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and elevated design
- Maintain an exceptional showroom experience aligned with our luxury brand standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in a luxury or relationship-driven environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business development and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

- Luxury furniture and furnishings
- Interior design or home décor
- Architectural or building products
- Luxury real estate
- Kitchen, bath, or custom home products
- High-end retail or showroom sales
