The Team Member Trainee helps our clients find mobile plans that don’t come with surprise fees. This is entry‑level sales with a competitive edge; we keep score, and the winner gets bragging rights and uncapped pay.
As a Team Member Trainee, you’ll learn the ropes of compliance and sales promotions to offer our clients affordable mobile solutions. Responsibilities of the Team Member Trainee
- Shadow and support the sales team during field activities to gain real-world experience promoting affordable mobile solutions.
- Undergo comprehensive sales training on client engagement strategies and the benefits of accessible wireless services.
- Contribute to team sales efforts by observing, learning, and gradually participating in client consultations.
- Focus on developing the ability to connect with diverse clients and recommend suitable, affordable mobile options.
- Help maintain smooth operations by collaborating with fellow Team Member Trainees and following up on wireless service enrollments.
- Commit to continuous learning and skill development through daily practice and team feedback sessions.
Qualifications of a Team Member Trainee
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience needed. We’ll train you to out‑sell veterans.
- Time management sharper than a Swiss watch.
- Personal accountability that keeps you sharp in the sales pipeline.
- Coachable mindset with a hunger to learn complex sales campaigns and techniques.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,550.00 per week
