GEEM is a bold new seaweed chip on a mission to make this Eastern superfood mainstream. Founded by a Midwesterner with a passion for climate-friendly snacks and cultural pride, GEEM seaweed snacks are baked with rice crisps and sesame seeds—light, crunchy, and full of umami.
We’re seeking outgoing, reliable, and fun folks to help us build brand awareness by sampling GEEM at Whole Foods Market and other local retailers. If you’re a fan of sustainable food, snacks with a story, and connecting with people, we’d love to meet you.
✨ Role Overview:
- Part-time | $30/hr
- 3-hour demos | 20-25 hours a month
- Most of demos will be on weekend, so must have weekend flexibility
- Locations include select Whole Foods Markets in the LA area(DLA, Glendale, Pasadena)
- Position to start ASAP
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Sample and demo GEEM Seaweed Chips in-store
- Engage shoppers with brand story and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sampling conversion goals (bonus compensation if exceeded!)
- Prep sample setup and clean up post-demo
- Collect light reporting (photos, feedback)
✨ Ideal Candidate:
- High-energy and great with people
- Excited about sustainability, Asian snacks, or wellness
- Sales or demo experience a plus
- Physically able to stand for 3+ hours
- Must have access to a smartphone
