SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department at Lake of the Torches Resort Casino. This role assists with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, events, entertainment, and advertising across the property. The Marking Coordinator works closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and consistent communication.
This hands-on role requires flexibility to support Players Club or other departments as scheduling allows and availability for on-property events during evenings, weekends, or holidays. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, entertainment, and advertising initiatives across departments.

Maintain promotional calendars, checklists, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, campaigns, and event support.

Manage ticketing for events, including Council Members, radio stations, and promotional outlets, and maintain accurate records.

Track promotion, event, and campaign performance, reporting insights to Marketing leadership.

Support Players Club communications, offers, and promotions during light periods in marketing operations.

Collaborate on entertainment and advertising initiatives, including media scripts, schedules, on-site event needs, and contract compliance.

Research industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to recommend enhancements to campaigns, entertainment, and advertising.

Participate in departmental meetings and assist with administrative tasks, editing, and project coordination to support the Marketing Department.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Operates independently with supervision received by the Integrated Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation with ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency with PC applications and standard office software. Comfortable working irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Planning and Scheduling: Is responsible for the planning and scheduling of own work activities.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Is responsible for participating in the development and adherence to the Marketing Department Budget.
- Responsibility for Establishing Objectives, Policies or Standards: Is responsible for participating in the establishment of departmental objectives, standards, policies and procedures for review by the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager.

Work Conditions: Position responsibilities are performed in a normal office environment.

Exposure to Hazards: May be exposed to loud music, outdoor weather conditions, and unpleasant guest behavior.

Physical Requirements: Majority of position responsibilities includes walking, sitting, standing, lifting at least 20 pounds or operating office equipment.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to be licensed by the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Gaming Commission.

OTHER: Must be able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, including holidays and occasional short-notice assignments. Must attend all mandatory meetings, training sessions, and departmental development opportunities.
