Schedule
- Full-time (5 shifts per week)
- Flexible weekly schedule based on business needs
- Most shifts are 1:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Every other Saturday is required (counts as one of your five shifts)
What You'll Do
- Provide customized massage therapy based on each client's needs
- Perform strong Deep Tissue Massage (required)
- Swedish, Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Couples, Prenatal, and Lymphatic Massage (training available for lymphatic)
- Build lasting relationships with repeat clients
- Work independently during portions of your shift
- Communicate consistently with the owner regarding scheduling, client care, and daily operations
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, professional clinic
What We're Looking For
Required
- Active Missouri Massage Therapy License
- Strong Deep Tissue Massage skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
- Prenatal Massage experience
- Lymphatic Massage experience
- Spa or clinical massage experience

For therapists who demonstrate leadership, initiative, excellent communication, and the ability to help support daily clinic operations. This role will also be eligible for additional performance-based incentives.
Advancement is earned through performance and leadership, not simply length of employment.
